The Kuyavian-Ponmeranian Loan Fund aims to support establishing and developing entrepreneurship and growth of regional social economy, by facilitating access to finance, training, consulting, business infrastructure and cooperation between research community and business environment.
The institution promotes entrepreneurship by providing loans to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises from the Kuyavian – Ponmeranian region, using European funds as well as its own. It reaches out to entrepreneurs across the region offering them possibilities of new financing sources for establishing, maintenancing and developing their business.
Kuyavian-Pomeranian Loan Fund was created in 2004 by the Regional Government, which together with the Torun Regional Development Agency is its shareholder. It is a non-profit organization.
Support of The Loan Fund:
The interest rate is determined by the reference rate set by EU Commission. Owing to Regional Operational Programme for Kujawsko-Pomorskie (action 5.1.1), the loan capital increased from 12 to 48 million EUR.
